I have been watching nba basketball my whole life. I know the owners are greedy, I know the players are greedy. They shouldn't be judged for greed because money is the basis of their relationship. This is America and in America money is king. Money spurs athletic achievement in America. I was angry about the first lockout but I am glad this one is happening. I am glad because of one demand being made by the owners. This demand is the HARD CAP. This will revolutionize the nba game. It will force coaches to coach and players to learn how to maximize their abilities. The NFL is the best professional sports league by far. I believe it is the best for 2 reasons.

What 3rd place team cries with almost 20 games left in the season boasting the most talented trio in the league? They are clearly mentally soft. In real life I'm sure they are great relatives friends and fathers. In the nba they are just as arrogant as they are unsure of themselves. If they were number one in the East they would laugh at this 4 game skid. They are afraid of being the biggest bust in nba history (if they fail to win a championship as a group). I know they can win a championship, but this may have not been the best way to do it. They have a huge window, but their mentality may shatter it sooner than later.

Why are so many people against the cultural center in Tribeca? The triangle below canal street is the site of a triple pronged conflict between the Cultural center's supporters, the Right Wing and the confused pawns of the right wing. Is it because it will house a Mosque? Are people afraid that the whole united states will convert to islam? I believe that general pervasive deep rooted racism is to blame for the "Mosque" backlash. I have yet to hear an intelligent argument against the mosque. Suppose there was a story that a Mosque was to be built on the first floor of the freedom tower, and the backlash forced developers to reconsider and relocate the Mosque a few blocks away and invisible from the site of ground zero, at park 51. People would rejoice and praise the move as a sign of sensitivity. There is no good or bad place for a Mosque to go. As long as no zoning laws are broken there is no problem. People have the right to protest anything they want. If you have been wronged you focus on the individuals who carried out this deed. I believe that the right wing is preying on confused individuals and using them to push their racist agenda. Before you protest something please do your research.
